WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

It takes our team between ten and fifteen working days to process your order, manufacture the products and deliver them (free option). We do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our goods.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?

You can track your order by sending us an e-mail to help@japan-hive.com. We will send you a tracking link.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

There are 2 types of delivery:

– Standard Delivery (FREE) – Shipping within 1 to 2 days
– Secure Delivery ($9,97$) – Breakage/Loss/Theft Insurance – Shipping within 1 to 2 days

MY ORDER IS NOT COMPLETE

If your order includes several items, they may be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. Don’t worry, your parcel will arrive shortly.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER

A problem with your parcel? Lost, broken or destroyed parcel? 

With our secure delivery, Japan Hive will take care of the problem for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We don’t pass the buck to the carrier and leave you to fend for yourself. We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new parcel at our expense.
